Judy Hall's Complete Crystal Workshop

 Having already bought the Crystal Bibles 1-3 ,

I spotted this that had an accompaning  cd.

Flicking through I saw it had journing sections to write my own experiences directly into the book.

Their was exercises to do throughout and some said to use the CD which has meditations and soothing music.

It's like doing a workshop at home.
